The 12-storey office tower represents one of the most iconic buildings in the CBD area. Known previously as the S Widjojo Center, Sequis Center is within comfortable walking distance to commercial centers, malls, the Sudirman business district, Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the upcoming MRT station. Fulfilling the needs of established and growing business in the heart of the city, with sweeping views facing the verdant Gelora Bung Karno.

SequisCenter is a conservation building built since 1978, with its construction completed in 1980. It is one the first building in Indonesia to apply green building concept through the use of Glassfiber Reinforce Cement (GRC) as shade on the building facade. The unique facade shape also reduces direct exposure to sunlight, supporting more efficient use of air conditioning.
